On August 10, the Blue Lab Brewing Company hosted the second Locals’ Night for this month. As we were in the middle of another busy week, the night was a nice opportunity for citizens to relax a little. Chef Collin Donnelly prepared a delicious chorizo spiced chicken torta filled with black beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro, melty cheese, pickled jalapenos, and lime mayo for a price of $7.50. In addition, the brewing company offered happy hour pricing on all standard beers for customers to enjoy with their dinner. A special thank you to Blue Lab for hosting an excellent Locals’ Night!
