Ambassadors act as a communication link between members and the Chamber. Ambassadors serve as the liaison between the Chamber and its members to promote participation and retention. Ambassadors represent a variety of businesses and give of their time because they believe in the Chamber’s mission and want to see growth and involvement in our community and add value to everyone’s Chamber membership. Ambassadors continually strive to improve the level of personal customer service members receive. Through periodic visits and phone calls to new and current members, Ambassadors assist Chamber staff in gaining a better understanding of members’ business needs.
