The People’s Choice Awards recognize some of our community’s most outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses in the areas of Volunteer, Employer, Humanitarian, Educator and Citizen.
Business After Hours
Join our active Chamber of Commerce members to mix, mingle and network at Business After Hours (BAH). Traditionally, BAH events are held monthly on the third Thursday from 5pm-7pm at a member business. Member businesses can showcase their businesses by hosting a Business After Hours event.
Chamber Golf Classic
Chamber members take over Lexington Golf & Country Club to compete for the coveted Chamber Cup award! Players enjoy a day of golf and networking with plenty of opportunities to showcase their businesses through advertising, volunteering and sponsorships.
Cheers With the Chamber
The Chamber’s Annual Beer and Wine Festival Kick-off event is a fundraiser for the chamber’s Scholarship Fund. Held each summer at Great Valley Brewery and Vineyard.
Coffee & Conversation
Coffee and Conversation brings individuals together over breakfast to create community engagement with public service professionals to learn, problem solve, and collaborate on specific ideas to unite our community. Chamber members are encouraged to host Coffee & Conversations at their businesses.
Dinner Dance & Auction
The chamber’s Annual Dinner Dance is the best place to connect, collaborate, dress up and have fun! This formal event features both a silent and a live auction, dinner, dancing, live music and a signature cocktail.
Rockbridge Beer & Wine Festival
This chamber event draws beer, wine and music enthusiasts from all over Virginia! With a dozen breweries, multiple vineyards, cideries, food trucks and a full day of live music on two stages, the Rockbridge Beer & Wine Festival is the place to be in September.
State of the Community Breakfast
Held at the beginning of January, chamber members are invited to join elected officials and community members for a panel discussion regarding issues affecting our community and the upcoming year.
