Our Team

Tracy Elleard Lyons is the Executive Director the Chamber of Commerce Serving Lexington, Buena Vista and Rockbridge County, a position she has held since January 2015.

Tracy also serves as the Chair of the Carilion Rockbridge Community Hospital Board of Directors, and the Rockbridge Community Health Foundation Board, of which she chairs the Grants Committee. She is a recent graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Management (IOM) and a member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Executives (VACCE) Board of Directors.

She serves on several committees in the community, including the Lexington Police Foundation Board, Rockbridge Outdoors, Virginia250, Live Healthy Rockbridge, and the Waddell Elementary PTA. Tracy is a proud member of Alpha Omicron Pi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Mortar Board, and is an alumna of Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Business Administration. Tracy was most recently selected as a member of Auburn’s Young Alumni Council for 2022-2024.

Tracy serves the City of Lexington as an election official and is a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, serving as the Hospitality Chair for the parish. She lives in Lexington, Virginia, with her husband, Jesse and two children—Annalee (10) and Ford (8)
